Our co-ed program includes six weeks at a time of on-the-court training, conditioning and mentorship.
Join us year-round! Take your game to the next level with our Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter programs. Our trainers work closely with our athletes to prepare them for the rigor of the next level.
Our program focuses on development. New Level Hoops is essential for athletes looking to perform at their best and reach their full potential. New Level blends several development approaches including the Constraints Led Approach (CLA) and Read and React.
Through the Constraints Led Approach athletes must perceive information in their environment, such as the location and positioning of teammates and defenders, the time and score, and so forth, which shapes the self-organization process.
The traditional approach focuses on the action component, training ‘techniques’ and then assuming that players can then somehow plug in these movement sequences at the right time in games. This does not allow players to become sensitive to information in their environment and acting upon real affordances, which is what is required of players in the actual game. Essentially, coaches make all the decisions for their players through this approach by promoting pre-determined movement sequences. This is observable in many practices and workouts whereby athletes replicate techniques with minimal variation from repetition to repetition, despite it being physically impossible to repeat the same movement solutions in games because the constraints are ever-changing.
In addition to basketball skill development, we also cover everything from speed training, power, explosiveness, flexibility, mobility, agility, jumping and more. This type of training focuses on developing mental and emotional skills, such as motivation, confidence, focus, and resilience, and enhancing performance and overall well-being.
With our mentorship, we help shape our athletes' physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and social self.
Working with our team can help athletes overcome performance anxiety, negative self-talk, unethical and negative behavior, and other mental roadblocks that prevent them from reaching their goals. This training is especially beneficial for athletes looking to get to the next level, whether middle school, high school, recreation or personal achievement. During the entirety of the camp, we provide mentorship in helping to shape true athletes who are prepared for the next level of play both mentally, emotionally, spiritually and physically.
Confidence-building is one of our main focuses as we strive to sharpen each athlete's level of confidence both on and off the court.
We help each athlete prepare for the pace of the next level and to become a durable and well-conditioned player. Our program includes speed training, power, explosiveness, flexibility, mobility, agility, jumping and more.

Each workout will build on the athlete's strengths and weaknesses and is tailored to each person. You can expect proper stretching, upper body and leg conditioning, use of the shooting machine with a minimum of 250 shots, ball handling, finishes and defensive techniques.
Our sessions are 6 weeks. After 6 weeks your next payment is due. If you are enrolled in the one day per week, your session ends after 6 total trainings. If you are enrolled in two days per week, your session ends after 12 total trainings.
Our travel teams are restricted to athletes who have consistently participated and completed at least two 6 week training sessions with us.
Our travel season begins the second week in February and runs until June each year.
There are many ways that families can support. We are always in need of basic necessities to maintain our training space including water, granola/protein bars, towels for wiping sweat, water drinking clear plastic cups, and fresh fruit.
Other ways you can give is to support our scholarship fund through our nonproft organization Next Generation Athletes nexgenerationathletes.org. The support for our scholarship fund allows graduating seniors to help finance their post-secondary educational/sports goals beyond high school.
