For over a decade, I've helped athletes of all ages improve their understanding of the game, utilize proper mechanics, maximize their speed, jump higher, grow stronger, and become more athletic. I've done this by training them directly. For years, I've watched athletes with improper mechanics, impatience on the floor and not understanding the difference between recreational basketball and organized play. They couldn't translate off the court performance into games. Key fundamentals were also missing. They weren't reaching their full potential. This is where I needed to step in and help make an impact.
